Seirin Nagano is from Tokyo, Japan. She currently lives and works in Charlotte, N.C.

Seirin’s work searches for the invisible things that make our physical existence possible. Her works result from striving to give flesh to those invisible things that provide a dwelling space where internal and external matters communicate. By incorporating architectural, geometric, and organic elements, her work realizes a metamorphosis between physical architectural space, where simple and complex needs are met, and a psychological space where thoughts and feelings are formed.
